MIT Colombian Association
Together with the Colombian Associations from Harvard, Boston University, and MIT we organized and funded the 5th Colombian Conference (2018) and the 6th Colombian Conference (2019) attended by over 300 people each.
At each conference, we tackled topics of national relevance and sought solutions to some of Colombia’s most pressing challenges. We brought together actors from government, NGOs, private firms and banks to engage in difficult but important dialogues about the future of our country.

Ondas Program Visit
The Ondas program is an initiative by the Ministry of Science, Technology, and Innovation of Colombia aimed at connecting students from emerging regions with STEM education. The visit included tours of various laboratories, presentations, and discussions to share the academic work and experiences of the Colombian community at MIT with the students, inspiring them to pursue careers in these fields. The visit took place in May 2023.
